1. Agreement
These terms cover your use of the RizqX website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree please do not use the Service.
2. What RizqX is
RizqX provides research and screening tools that assess stocks and funds and other assets against shariah and ethical criteria. We also provide educational content and portfolio tools.
3. Not financial or religious advice
- The Service is for information and education only. Nothing on it is financial advice or legal or tax advice. Nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
- RizqX does not give religious advice. Our shariah screening follows criteria developed by IFSG and we cite IFSG as the source of those rulings. Screening results are not a fatwa. Different scholars and methodologies can reach different conclusions so consult your own scholar for your situation.
- Market data and financial figures come from third party sources. They may be delayed or incomplete or simply wrong. Everything is provided as is without warranty.
- Investing involves risk including the loss of your capital. Past performance does not indicate future results. Your investment decisions are yours alone.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Some features need a paid subscription. Prices and what you get are shown at the point of purchase.
- Payments go through Stripe on the web or through the Apple App Store or Google Play in the apps. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. For purchases made in the apps you cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. Time already paid for is not refunded unless the law or the app store's refund policy says otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or copy or resell our data and screening results without our written permission.
- Share your account or paid access with others.
- Interfere with the Service or try to gain access you were not given.
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unethical purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Service belongs to RizqX and our licensors. That includes our screening scores and content and branding. You get a personal licence to use the Service for your own use. You cannot transfer it or use it commercially.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows RizqX is not liable for losses that come from investment decisions made using the Service or from inaccurate data or screening results or from interruptions to the Service. If we are ever liable to you our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3 and 7 and 8 continue to apply after termination.
10. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms over time. The latest version will always be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the Service after a change you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute goes to the Singapore courts.
