Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the RizqX website and mobile apps (the "Service"), operated by RizqX ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What RizqX is

RizqX provides research and screening tools that assess stocks, funds, and other assets against shariah and ethical criteria, alongside related educational content and portfolio tools.

3. Not financial or religious advice

• The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
• Our shariah and ethics screening reflects our own methodology and data sources. It is not a fatwa or religious ruling. Screening outcomes can differ between methodologies and scholars — consult a qualified scholar or advisor for your own situation.
• Market data, financial figures, and screening results come from third-party sources and our own processing. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and are provided "as is" without warranty.
• Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and included features are shown at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or by the Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or through your App Store / Google Play subscription settings for in-app purchases. Cancellation stops future renewals; periods already paid for are not refunded except where required by law or by the app store's own refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our data, screens, or scores without our written permission.
• Share your account or paid access with others.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including our screening methodology, scores, content, and branding, belongs to RizqX or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizqX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from investment decisions made using the Service, inaccuracies in data or screening results, or interruptions to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections 3, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
