Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RizqX runs a halal investment screening and research platform through our website and mobile apps. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. If you have any questions email us at contact@rizqx.sg.

2. What we collect

• Account details. Your name and email address and a password when you sign up. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email instead.
• Payments. Payments go through Stripe or the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card number. We only keep a record of your subscription status and billing history.
• Things you save. Your favourites and watchlists. Portfolio holdings you add. Messages you send to our AI assistant.
• Usage data. Which features you use and basic device info. This shows us what people actually use so we know what to improve.

3. How we use your data

• To run the Service and keep your account and saved data working.
• To handle your subscription and billing.
• To reply to support requests and send account emails such as password resets.
• To send updates or newsletters you signed up for. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve the Service and keep it secure.

We do not sell your data and we do not run ads.

4. Who we share data with

We only share data with the service providers we need to run RizqX. These cover our hosting and database plus payments and sign in and emails and the AI assistant. They process your data on our behalf and some of them operate outside Singapore. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays with us while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time or email contact@rizqx.sg and we will remove your personal data. We only keep what we are legally required to keep such as billing records.

6. Security

Your data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Supabase is SOC 2 certified and encrypts data both in transit and at rest. Access to user data within our team is restricted. No system on the internet is perfectly secure so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Send any request to contact@rizqx.sg.

8. Children

RizqX is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. For significant changes we will let you know in the app or by email.
